Order info -

How do I order?
When wanting to purchase an article in the Saunagifts webshop, you need to select the item you wish to purchase and make sure that it is located in your shopping basket.

What if I am sending a gift?
Please note this in the empty box at the bottom of the order form, also mention age and gender of the recipient and for what occasion the gift is for. Than we will make sure that the bought items are wrapped in Saunagifts style. We charge an additional Euro 1.50,- for special gift wrapping.

How do I pay for my order?
Before payment can be done you will recieve the proforma invoice by e-mail. This contains the exact amount of money that has to be paid. You can now make your payment.
There are two ways of making the payment.

How do I know if you have received my order?
After you have made your purchase on the website by completing the form, you will receive an e-mail with the proforma invoice, containing the price. VAT, the delivery costs and the time of delivery.


 

Shipping / delivery -

How much do I pay for postage and packing of my order?
The amount that you have to pay for shipping/delivery differs per country and size/weight of the package.

How long will delivery take?

This is all depended on where the package needs to be send to.

Can you deliver to a different address than my billing address?

Yes, we can deliver to any adress you want. Please note the address in the empty box at the bottom of the ordering form.

What happens if an item on my order is not available?

We will inform you as soon as we receive your order, if we have the item on stock or not. If the item is not on stock there is a possibility to have it directly send from Finland to your home, this does mean that there will be some additional costs for shipping that can exceed the price of the item you purchased.

 

Returns -

Can I return my bought goods?
Exchange of products at Saunagifts is not possible, so please double check your items before purchasing to make sure that no problems occur.
